With the contemporary pencilled ownership signature of one D.H. Cudmore, and his occasional pencilled emphases (and in two places, his hard-won observation 'Bad to thrash'). Ferguson 12015 (calling for only 18 pages of advertisements); a second edition appeared in 1883.
