A loosely inserted leaflet from ATSIC gives details of the changes made to 'the first edition of this report [tabled] in the Senate on 21 August 1998'. It is not entirely clear (to this cataloguer at any rate) if this 1999 printing is the first printing of the revised second edition or merely a reprint.
