This copy has the printed paper name-label 'Sir J.W. Downer' on the front cover: Sir John William Downer (1843-1915) was one of the South Australian delegates at the Convention. He has annotated 13 pages of the printed text (mainly marginal ticks against numerous numbered paragraphs).
